Internet Solitaire provides free, browser-based solitaire card games. No registration or payment is required. The Service is provided "as is" for personal entertainment purposes.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including the game software, graphics, animations, page text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Internet Solitaire and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Standard playing card rules and game mechanics (Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, etc.) are in the public domain. Our specific implementation, visual design, and code are our intellectual property.

5. No Gambling

Internet Solitaire is a free skill and entertainment game. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. The Service does not constitute gambling in any jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERNET SOLITAIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD.
